I heard about this on the news (where they, of course, did not show a video), and just assumed the guy that got tased was a wack job, saying or doing something outrageously innappropriate. Sure he was a little over the top, but no need to get cuffed--let alone get tasered. WOW! UF (I assume this was actually campus police) is going to get sued very quickly. As is John Kerry I imagine.
I don't know if Kerry will get sued (not that I'm a huge fan of his, but); he didn't really do anything. He was saying "I'll answer the question, etc."
