So about a month ago, I got off the caffeine. I now sleep better, take more time to relax, have more energy at work, and generally enjoy my life more. I'm just saying: think about it.

ah. decaf.
do you drink coffee anymore?
i don't see the reason behind coffee without decaf. perhaps that is my addiction speaking...
you rock. would like to see you soon. oh wait. i will.
Decaf is like Crystal Pepsi--I don't like it, and I don't get it. Sam, I think once you've been praying with the Psalmist "I cry unto Thee in the watches of the night,--which probably means he is the parent of small children--then you'll come back to the Jordanian strong blessedness that is my morning cup of sweet aromatic coffee. The sound of coffee beans being ground into luscious brown love is to me as the scent of ganja was to Marley and company. Praise Jesus. p.s., link to my blog and I'll link to yours (but don't tell mom.)
Josh - I still drink coffee. There isn't really a point to it without caffeine other than it makes me feel good inside.
Tim - Crystal Pepsi Sucks Nuff said. Decaf Coffee however, can be good. But it usually isn't. I must say, I fully understand the need for coffee with young ones. The problem for me is I tend to use caffeine to further my level of crazy to the point where I live normal life (sans children) on 3 hrs of sleep a night. Slightly jacked up. Man all this talk of whole & healthly lifestyle makes me want a cigarette and some cocaine. :D
